Hear your pedals, not your power.

Many popular guitar pedals were originally designed to work with batteries. Since batteries are inherently very low noise and not susceptible to ground loops, these pedals often were not designed to be resistant to noise from power supplies.

Our ultra-low-noise design prevents power noise from bleeding into the audio signal, allowing your pedals to deliver the highest possible dynamic range.

Zuma has automatic worldwide power compatibility built-in (when connected with the appropriate IEC cable). Whether you’re on 120V, 240V, 100V, or any variation in between, Zuma will deliver clean, reliable power to your pedals, even if the venue has dirty power.

Do you have pedals that require 12V or 18V? Zuma has you covered. Two channels have selectable 9, 12, or 18V output voltages.

Some analog pedals designed for 9V operation may provide higher output and/or more clean headroom when run at higher voltages such as 12V or 18V. However, others will simply start smoking and melting, so please check with the manufacturer of your pedal before operating at a higher-than-standard voltage!

Zuma’s all analog circuitry offers two stages of isolation.

Each of the nine output channels is individually isolated from the 24V DC, and the 24V DC is isolated from the AC input power, eliminating ground loop and AC line noise issues.

Zuma also provides dual power regulation: Wide-bandwidth optically isolated feedback loops on each channel, as well as on the input, allow both the input and outputs to adjust for changes, ensuring solid output under changing load conditions.

Don’t let the blue chassis fool you: Zuma is green at heart. Significantly more efficient than linear power supplies, Zuma is able to deliver substantially more current while handling a much wider range of input voltages. Zuma’s high efficiency design delivers high-current power distribution in a compact unit, for a small carbon footprint and a small pedalboard footprint.

POLÍTICA DE DEVOLUCIÓN/CAMBIO

1 – Todas las reclamaciones requieren el recibo de compra. Es responsabilidad del cliente presentarlo al realizar la reclamación.

2 – Salvo lo establecido a continuación, las ventas en tienda son definitivas y los artículos adquiridos no podrán ser devueltos. Al completar la transacción, el cliente reconoce que ha recibido el/los artículo(s) en óptimas condiciones.

3 – Las guitarras, bajos, pedales, amplificadores, accesorios y válvulas no se pueden devolver. Al pagar el artículo, el cliente reconoce que: (i) lo inspeccionó y lo encontró en óptimas condiciones estéticas sin defectos; y (ii) lo probó y funcionaba correctamente.

4 – Todas las reclamaciones por defectos están sujetas a los términos y condiciones del fabricante.

5 – Las guitarras, bajos, pedales y amplificadores tendrán una garantía de 30 días. La electrónica de las guitarras y bajos tendrá una garantía de 90 días. Guitars Boutique, a su exclusivo criterio, decidirá si repara, reemplaza partes o componentes (por otros idénticos) y/o reemplaza el artículo por uno idéntico.

6 – A criterio de la tienda, los artículos defectuosos podrán ser cambiados por un artículo idéntico, SIEMPRE que el artículo defectuoso se encuentre en las mismas condiciones en que fue adquirido, incluyendo su embalaje original con todos sus accesorios. Esto se hará únicamente como crédito de la tienda. El crédito no aplica para pedidos especiales o de pago a plazos.

7 – Toda mercancía que salga del almacén se considerará como usada en el futuro.

8 – No se realizarán reembolsos, independientemente de la persona.

9 – Los artículos especiales, de liquidación o con descuento no se pueden devolver.

En caso de devolución, el coste del envío se descontará del reembolso.

Guitars Boutique realiza envíos a PR mediante correo federal USPS, UVA y iWide.

Tiempo estimado de entrega una vez enviado el pedido:

Los artículos livianos, de menos de 14 libras, se envían a través de USPS.
Los artículos más pesados se envían a través de iWide y UVA.
No se realizan envíos los días domingos.

Guitars Boutique no se hace responsable por retrasos ocasionados por las empresas navieras.

Garantías

El comprador es responsable del cuidado de su instrumento/equipo contra cambios de temperatura, humedad y corriente inestable.
Todas las guitarras, bajos, pedales y amplificadores tendrán una garantía de 30 días.
La electrónica de guitarras y bajos tendrá una garantía extendida de 90 días.
Proveedores, quienes generalmente se reservan el derecho de decidir si reparan, reemplazan piezas o componentes (por otros idénticos) y/o sustituyen el artículo por uno idéntico, a su entera discreción.
Los cambios, si están justificados (a discreción de la tienda) y si el producto está en óptimas condiciones (incluido su embalaje), son solo para crédito en la tienda.
Los créditos no se aplican a pedidos especiales ni a apartados.
