RETURN/EXCHANGE

All online purchases require a receipt. Customers are responsible for providing it when requesting a return or exchange.

Except as noted below, all online sales are final. By completing the transaction, customers acknowledge they received the item(s) in optimal condition.

Guitars, basses, pedals, amplifiers, accessories, and tubes are not returnable. Customers confirm they inspected and tested these items before purchase.

Defective items are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

Guitars, basses, pedals, and amplifiers have a 30-day warranty; electronics have a 90-day warranty. Guitars Boutique may repair, replace parts, or replace the item with an identical one at its discretion.

Defective items may be exchanged as store credit only, provided they are in the same condition as received, with all packaging and accessories. Special orders or lay-away items are excluded.

All merchandise leaving the store is considered used.

No refunds will be given under any circumstances.

Special, clearance, or discounted items are not returnable.

If a customer cancels an online order, the refund is subject to the small non-refundable transaction fee imposed and retained by Shopify to cover their processing costs.

Store credit for canceled online orders will not include such Shopify fees and cannot be issued without proper verification.
